Shipping policy

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your order, the delivery address, and the location from which each product ships.

Products in our store may be fulfilled and shipped by Lumnah Acres, while others are shipped directly by our trusted/third-party supplier partners. If your order includes products from more than one supplier, it may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Separate shipping charges may apply to each shipment. These charges will be combined into the total shipping cost displayed at checkout.

Processing and delivery times may vary by product and supplier. When tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If your order is sent in multiple packages, you may receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number for each shipment.
