6oz Shredded CheesePizza blend Cheese is nice, or your favorite
3-4eggsDepending on How Big you roll out your dough
1/4cup FlourTo coat the table and your Hands with
Pre-Heat oven to 450f Coat your countertop, hands and rolling pin with flour. Roll your dough out so it will fit on a 16" round pizza sheet. Before you put it on the sheet sprinkle the cooking sheet with a little flour to keep it from sticking. If your sausage is frozen cook it in a frying pan until it is defrosted. After its warmed cut it into slices. Crack open 3 nice Pasture-raised eggs. Mix them in a bowl. I add my cheese and meat in with the eggs and mix them all together. You can also add some salt and pepper at this stage too. This keeps everything mixed well. Slowly pour onto your dough. If you don't think there is enough scramble one more egg and add it. But remember eggs rise when being cooked. They expand and can make a huge mess in your stove! I have learned this from experience! Place in your 450f preheated oven and cook for around 12 minutes. Until the eggs are cooked and the crust is lightly browned.
Let the pizza cool for 2-5 minutes before eating and ENJOY!
