ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS
When will my order ship?
We do our best to process orders within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when you order has shipped. We are not responsible for carrier delays or weather delays, etc.
Can I update my shipping address?
If your order has not already been processed for shipping, you can change your shipping address.
To do so, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include:
• Your order number
• Name on the order
• Email address the order was made with
•Your request and the correct shipping address
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated by the weight of the order. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated & displayed at checkout.
Do you ship Internationally?
Unfortunately we only ship within the USA at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
What is your return policy?
Items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date (perishable items cannot be returned).
Items must be:
- same condition that you received it
- unworn or unused
- in original packaging
- with receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
What if my item or order has Damages and/or Issues?
We ask that you please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Include in your email your order number & a photo of the item’s condition so that we can evaluate the issue & make it right.
Can I make Exchanges?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This excludes sale items, gift cards and perishable items.
What is the processing time of a return?
We will do our best to process returns within 2 business days of receiving the item. This does not include the shipping time between when you ship the item and it being delivered back to us which can vary depending on the return shipping service you/we us.
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus the shipping costs for the return) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process or post the refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items, gift cards and perishable item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
